Our story began in 1860.
We are proud of our history and the unique region, rich in nature and beauty, where people of different faiths and nationalities have lived in friendly harmony for centuries. At the end of 2012, on the land where the legendary first merchant guild member, Shevel Gurvichs, once brewed his beer, a new 1,200-square-meter production complex was built, equipped with the latest equipment from leading European breweries.
Our Technologies
Our technologists, in collaboration with Czech and Slovak successor brewers, created our first two beers. We didn't stop there and continued to explore and expand our range of beers.
Our beers incorporate the best qualities of European beer traditions, and, of course, we haven't forgotten the unique Latvian tradition of true craft beer.
