Beef steak in a beer marinade

posted in: Beer guide 0

Ingredients:

Beef — 1 piece;
Ground black pepper — 1/2 teaspoon
Sweet paprika — 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic — 2 cloves
Salt — 1/2 teaspoon
Beer — 250 ml
Butter — 30 g
Rosemary

Preparation:

Choose good-quality beef for the steak.
Mix together the black pepper, sweet paprika, salt, garlic and beer.
Place the meat in the marinade (the meat should be completely submerged) and leave in the fridge for 2–3 hours.
30 minutes before cooking, take the meat out and let it come to room temperature (without removing it from the marinade).
Heat a frying pan. Pat the meat dry with kitchen paper, place it in the hot pan, and sear for 30 seconds on each side and around the edges. Reduce the heat.
Add the butter and a sprig of rosemary.
Fry for 3 minutes on each side, basting with the fragrant butter. Remove the steak and wrap it in foil for 5 minutes.
Prepare a vegetable salad. Remove the delicious, juicy steak from the foil.
Enjoy your meal!
