Ingredients
Pork ribs - 1 kg
Dark beer - 500 ml
Honey - 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
Mustard - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 2 cloves or 1 tablespoon dried
Sweet red paprika - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Meat seasoning - 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Prepare the pork ribs, trimming off any excess fat. You can separate the ribs from one another.
In a suitable bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, mustard, garlic, pepper, seasoning, salt, and beer. Mix everything thoroughly.
Place the ribs in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate to marinate for 3–4 hours, or preferably overnight.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Transfer the ribs to a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour. After an hour, check for tenderness; if the meat is tender, remove the foil and bake for another 15–20 minutes, periodically basting with the rib juices.
The ribs turn out very tasty and fragrant
