Braised beef in beer Ranga

Ingredients:
Beef - 600 gr
Dark beer - 500 ml
Onions - 2 pcs
Carrots - 1 pc
Garlic - 2 cloves
Butter - 50 gr
Flour - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 0.5 teaspoons
Black ground pepper - 0.5 teaspoons
Sweet ground paprika - 1 teaspoon

Preparation:
Wash the meat, dry it. The butter should be soft.
Cut the beef into large pieces (4-5 cm).
Mix the meat with butter (20 grams will be enough).
In a bowl, combine the wheat flour, black and red pepper, salt.
Roll each piece of meat in breadcrumbs.
Heat the pan with butter and fry the meat so that the pieces are not on top of each other for about 6-8 minutes on both sides.
Cut the onions into large pieces.
Chop the garlic.
When the meat is covered with a crust, reduce the heat, add the onions, garlic. Mix and simmer under the lid for 5 minutes.
Cut the carrots into large pieces.
Add the carrots, pour in the beer.
Bring to a boil, cover and simmer the meat over low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally and adding beer as needed.
After 2 hours, the sauce will be thick and the meat tender.
This dish is delicious both hot and cold. It will be great for a holiday table or a family dinner.
