Ingredients:
Whole chicken – 1.2-1.8 kg
A bottle of beer (pilsner, light lager)
Honey – 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce – 3 tablespoons
Oil (olive, sunflower) – 3 tablespoons
Dijon mustard – 1 tablespoon
Sweet paprika – 1 tablespoon
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Black ground pepper – 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons

Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients and rub the chicken, leave in the marinade for 1.5 hours. Open the beer bottle and drink 1/3 (this is the recipe). The bottle does not have to be full so that the beer does not leak out during the brewing process. Place the washed chicken on the bottle, seal the top so that the beer spirit does not leak out. Place the chicken on a baking sheet or glass dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
To prevent the chicken wings from burning, cover them with foil. Thanks to the beer steam, the bird will steam, swell from the inside, the honey-mustard-soy sauce will give a wonderful taste and a crispy crust.
Observe the process. After 20-30 minutes, you can rub the chicken with the marinade again.
Remove the ready, intoxicated chicken from the bottle. It’s better to do it in threes. One holds the bottle, the other takes the queen off the throne, the third takes the picture.
